Cancellation & Refund Policy

Nature of Our Products

All products offered through Rise of Legends are digital content or virtual services.

These may include:

• Virtual in-game currency such as W-Coins
• Virtual items and equipment
• In-game services
• Other digital content and benefits

These products have no physical form and are delivered electronically, usually by crediting the player's game account.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before the digital product or service has been delivered, subject to applicable legal and contractual conditions.

Because digital products are usually delivered immediately after successful payment, the cancellation window may be very short.

Once delivery has occurred, the following provisions apply.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

Consumers retain their statutory withdrawal rights.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost when the applicable legal requirements are fulfilled, including:

• The customer expressly agrees to immediate performance.
• The customer acknowledges that this may result in the loss of their statutory withdrawal right.
• The provider satisfies all additional legal requirements.

Making a purchase or payment alone does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

When Refunds Are Available

A refund or replacement credit may be provided in situations including:

• Payment was completed, but the purchased W-Coins or items were not delivered.
• The same order was charged more than once.
• An incorrect amount was charged due to a technical error.
• An unauthorized transaction occurred and was confirmed after investigation.
• A refund is required under applicable law.

Each request will be reviewed individually.

When We Generally Do Not Offer Voluntary Refunds

Subject to applicable statutory rights, voluntary refunds are generally not offered for:

• Digital products that have been properly delivered and consumed
• Changes of mind after the statutory withdrawal right has validly expired or been lost
• Items accidentally sold, destroyed, or traded in-game
• Losses resulting from player-to-player trading or scams
• Account restrictions or bans resulting from violations of game rules

Important: Account suspension or rule violations do not automatically remove statutory consumer rights.

How to Request a Refund

If you experience an issue with a purchase, please contact our support team through the official Rise of Legends Discord server or another support channel listed on our website.

Please provide:

• Your account name (never your password)
• Purchase date
• Product purchased
• Amount paid
• Payment method
• Order or transaction ID, if available
• A description of the issue

Please report payment issues as soon as possible.

How Refunds Are Processed

• Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
• Applicable statutory refund deadlines will be respected.
• Where a statutory withdrawal refund is due, payment will generally be returned within 14 days, calculated in accordance with applicable law.
• The time required for funds to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
• Refunds are generally made in the original payment currency.

All mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Chargebacks

If you notice an incorrect or unauthorized payment, you may contact our support team so we can investigate.

Where misuse is suspected, related game accounts may be temporarily reviewed to the extent permitted by law.

Your right to dispute unauthorized or incorrect payments with your bank or payment provider remains unaffected.

Changes to This Policy

Rise of Legends may update this policy for future purchases.

Existing purchases remain subject to applicable statutory rights and contractual agreements.
