I could see great distances through the power of the Scales. I could even negotiate with them. They said they would forgive Koop. But there's a condition. The spell holding them first has to be broken and Koop must give them what he values most.
Let's work on breaking that spell first. According to them, they put a <HFFFA7272>Talisman of Curse<HFFFFFFFF> in some <HFFFA7272>Ruins<HFFFFFFFF> in the south of <HFFFA7272>Milieu<FFFFFFFF> so that Koop couldn't find it. Find it and take it to <HFFFA7272>Security Chief Koop<HFFFFFFFF> <HFFFA7272>in front of the Western gate of Zylok<HFFFFFFFF>. Tell him to burn it by himself.

Progreso
As long as the Talisman stays where it is, the curse on Koop can never be lifted. Find the Talisman of Curses on a relic in the south of Milieu and give it to Security Chief Koop at the west gate of the village. Tell him to burn it himself.
Finalización
You've been there? What's this talisman? Oh, I see. I should burn it. Great, great. I'll burn whatever I need to. Then things will get better?
