According to the workers who delivered my Safes, they were stolen by a suspicious group wearing black armor near Stull.
I heard that a group named Peacemaker Lyer appeared around Stull and I'm sure this is their doing.
Actually, the stolen safe contained a relic Wine Bottle of one of the two heroes of Stull, Master Loncheng.
