Lugett's Sadness

Oh my, I shouldn't be the only one this happy about the Canedog's Swords.
I saw Lugett earlier and she didn't look so good. I have to find a way to make her happy again. Would you mind helping me?
Thank you. You're really a special one. Please go to <HFFFA7272>North Path of Penance<HFFFFFFFF> and hunt <HFFFA7272>Carnage Eaters<HFFFFFFFF>. Then use <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill of Level 5 or Above<HFFFFFFFF> to get <HFFFA7272>8 Rare Skins<HFFFFFFFF>. Take them to <HFFFA7272>Handelaar Lugett<HFFFFFFFF>.
Lugett will be very grateful. Hohoho. Handelaar Lugett is in <HFFFA7272>West Tonfa<HFFFFFFFF>.
