Dikain's Conspiracy

You probably noticed already, but the occurrences at Ranfa definitely seem to be one of Dikain's conspiracies.
First Trebain, and now it's Feedmill. It's exactly like it has been in Cien and Sariend. Even though we were very careful, it still happened.
Ah... don't blame yourself. Thanks to your actions and our early preparations, neither Trebain nor Poscrack experienced bigger problems. But we cannot let them proceed.

Go to <HFFFA7272>Feedmill<HFFFFFFFF> and kill <HFFFA7272>14 River Goblin Warriors<HFFFFFFFF>. While you are keeping them busy, the other Ascetics and I'll try to find out what they're up to.
I pray for your safe return. May the courage of the great Mightthesis be with you....

Go to <HFFFA7272>Feedmill<HFFFFFFFF> and kill <HFFFA7272>14 River Goblin Warriors<HFFFFFFFF> that are planning a conspiracy.
Meanwhile, we'll find out what they are up to. I trust you'll help us.
May the courage of the great Mightthesis be with you....

You made it back alright. Since you bought us some time, we were able to find out what they're planning.
It's something very horrible. The River Goblin Warriors are building an evil equal in strength to a DragonScion, from the cursed red earth.
May the courage of the great Mightthesis be with you....
