Tree in the White Forest

They say a blacksmith only quenches his fire when he is about to die, but I did it by mistake. It feels as if my very life has been extinguished.
I can't work without starting a fire right away, but this is a humid region and it takes a long time to get a fire going. There is only one type of wood that's good as firewood in La Triah.
Hemos trees grow in the White Forest, and they burn very well. But they're rare, so it's strictly Prohibited to use them as firewood. But I'm desperate and must break some of the rules.
