This is what we are lacking, information.
What the judge ordered me to do was remove all the Dark Sentio's Counsels and spread the Elemental Prayers to counter them in the region.
That is why I asked you to bring the Counsels to me. I could use them to ask some questions to this person I know. But as it is harder to deal with someone who is simple, I will have to dangle some carrots as well while I ask those questions. So I want you to get <HFFFA7272>2 Rare Skins<HFFFFFFFF> for me. He likes them quite a lot. There are several ways of getting them but someone of your caliber should get them from the <HFFFA7272>Sand Eights<HFFFFFFFF> in the Desert Tribe Land by using <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill of Level 7 or higher<HFFFFFFFF>, don't you think? Well, that's just my opinion.
