Kuro's Act

I think it would be best to go and check it out yourself. You said he was attaching a talisman, right? Then bring back the talisman, but before you go I'll cast a spell on you... There. It's done. Now bring the Talisman from the rock near the lake in Village of Seethe.

Hurry up before Kuro gets suspiscious. Get the Talisman from the rock near the lake in the Village of Seethe.

This is the Black Water Talisman. It effects water so that if you drink it, the more you drink, the thirstier you get. It's a kind of curse. The water of the Village of Seethe must've been contaminated with this talisman. Why would Kuro do such a thing?
