They are trying to produce the medicine for the merchants that were attacked by Duriven Slugs, but they say that they just ran out one of the important ingredients: Spores. From what I know, you can get Spores from Spores of Joy region. Since it's hard for me to leave this place, can I ask you to get these? Thank you for taking this on. May the spirit of righteousness be realized.
