Scorching sand

Although the number of patients increased drastically, all of the important medicine was already prepared, so it didn't cause much of a problem. However, there are still patients that are having a hard time getting treated because other medicines are lacking. Although I want to go myself, I cannot because I don't know what will happen if I leave the patients alone. So please get this medicine for me. What I need is Patriot's Sand that can only be obtained from Scorching Edge. I don't need a lot, just one fistful. May the spirit of righteousness be realized.

Are you back? Please give me Patriot's Sand. It's urgent.
