Watcher Elkain

Hm… This is an epitaph regarding the past Queen of the Dead, but what's written on this epitaph is the language of the spirit. This is something even I cannot read. Sharin said that the contents of this epitaph contain a secret about the Queen of the Dead, so I must find someone who can interpret the contents of this epitaph. Fortunately, I know such a person. Please go to Observer Elkain at the Blood Altar. Elkain should know how to interpret this. May the spirit's guidance shed light on your path.

Welkom, hero. What brings you here? Are you talking about the language of the spirit?
