Safety guarantee

While you were gone, a group of Night Bucks that live in Dusty Creek came near this place, close to Tor Fortress. Because it's not that rare for Night Bucks to come around here, I did not pay much attention to them, but it turned out that the swarm attacked the laborers that were working on the statue. The workers are now saying that if their safety cannot be guaranteed, they cannot work any longer. Of course, because they are people from Tor Fortress, they know very well what important work it is to build this statue. This statue is made by transferring the broken Batna Ruins statue and will be used to solidify their friendship with the Orcs. If such a thing is put on hold because of the attack, this will cause problems. So I'm hoping that you get rid of the Night Buck in order to give relief to the workers. Please catch 23 Night Bucks from Wasteland. May spirit's divine protection go with your footsteps.

Did you chase out the Night Bucks swarm? If so, that's a tremendous relief. But there is still a problem.
