Bibulan's Proposal

Welcome. Hmm. I can see that you are quite talented. Someone as talented as you would require appropriate advice, right?
Indeed. There is a task perfectly suited for you. Do you want to try it? All right. If you can complete this successfully, I will give you a useful advice. Yes. You look curious. But it isn't anything grand. Recently, there was an incident where the Spriggan Ironclad Soldiers caused a disturbance near the Tor Fortress. The Spriggans withdrew immediately when the Guards arrived, but the Guards failed to discover where they withdrew to.
And it seems they are about to cause trouble once again. We can't just let that happen, right? Thus your task is eliminating <HFFFA7272>18 Spriggan Combatants<HFFFFFFFF> in the <HFFFA7272>Curse Valley<HFFFFFFFF>. It is for the good of the Tor Fortress. Then, I will be counting on you.
May the Elementals assist you.

Well done. You look like you've been through a lot. Are you okay? Well then, let me tell you a story. Listen to me.
