Roguerre's Call

Citizen Roguerre, west of Deribelle asked me to recommend a talented adventurer. I see many mediocre adventurers around here, but a really talented one is hard to come by. So I want you to help him as you are praised as a hero by all of Deribelle. Roguerre will be very pleased to see someone like you come to help him out.
