This pendant was crafted to commemorate the occasion when Deribelle was founded and the Sky Bridge was built. It is said that the power hidden in it can activate the Sky Bridge once more…… So it truly is a wondrous item. Don't you think it's amazing?
Mere centuries ago the Sky Bridges in western Deribelle were not like what they are now. They were means of transport that moved automatically, and conveyed anyone who steps on them to his destination quickly and safely. Well, I don't know if it's true or not, as I was only told of the story myself and never saw them in action……. But, seeing how Lizio has given this to me, it should be okay to try to find out the truth, right?
I've studied the legends about how to call forth the pendant's power……. I've concluded that a sacrifice may be needed. And the sacrifice should be no ordinary offering, but a monster and an especially powerful monster, at that. And I believe that there is only one such monster that fits all the requirements. Ha ha.
