Fortune Teller of Norine

Glad to see you again. Oh, you read the worry on my face again. If you are free now, do me a favor. Please bring this card to my sister Tinklen, the Fortune Teller living in northern Norine. The card belongs to her, so she will know what it means. I need your help. May the protection of the Elementals be with you!

Hi, welcome. My brother sent you, huh? He must be busy if he couldn't even visit his own sister who lives not far from him. Anyway, thank you for bringing me my card.
