Deputy Mercenaries

I discovered something in Silancium. I'm sure it was evidence of travelers, but the silly mercenaries were all frightened by the monsters there and ran away. I shouldn't have paid them my Gold until they finished their duties. Well, I don't have any choice. Can you get it? Someone saw a suit of Torn Clothes on a rock in the Wanderer Plain. Bring it to me.

I'm asking you because I have to gather news here. Bring a suit of Torn Clothes to a rock in the Wanderer Plains.

Hmm, did you get it? Let me see. Oh, something is written in blood. Someone must have been in a hurry.
