Koop's Responsibility

The more I think about it, the angrier I get. I have to demand accountability this time. The Security Chief should be held accountable for this loss. Take this Dagger to Security Chief Koop in front of the west gate of the village and tell him to retrieve my Vase.

Why am I not going myself? I don't want to talk to him, but he has to take responsibility. Take this Dagger to Security Chief Koop in front of the west gate of the village.

I've already heard about what happened to Seena. I feel sorry for her, but it's her fault she didn't manage the place properly. Gee... Scar the Mercenary... What was he doing? Hmm... So now we're being blamed. Ok... I'll command my mercenaries to find it. It should be a piece of cake for them, shouldn't it?
