Binding rules for a fair, secure and respectful experience in Rise of Legends.
By using the game server, website, launcher, shop and community features, you agree to these server rules. They apply to all accounts, characters, guilds, chats, trades and community functions of Rise of Legends.
Insults, threats, discrimination, harassment, bullying, hate speech, deliberate provocation and publishing another person’s private information are not allowed. Conflicts must remain civil. Repeated toxic behaviour may be sanctioned regardless of which account is used.
Names may not be offensive, discriminatory, pornographic, misleading or designed to impersonate a team member. Names deliberately imitating moderators, administrators or other players may be changed or blocked.
Cheats, trainers, memory editors, modified clients, packet tools, speed hacks, teleport hacks, duplication tools, automated input or other software that provides an unfair advantage or alters the intended gameplay are prohibited.
Intentionally exploiting bugs, broken quests, item duplication, map errors, economy loopholes or other unintended mechanics is prohibited. Discovered issues must be reported through the bug-report system and may not be shared or used for personal advantage.
Fully or partially automated play without active player control is not allowed unless the game itself explicitly provides the function. This includes bots, auto-farming, automated combat routines and scripts that bypass normal game mechanics.
You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password or recovery key. The Rise of Legends team will never ask for your password. Account sharing is at your own risk and does not protect the account from sanctions for violations committed through it.
Fraud, deliberately misleading trade offers, exploiting pricing errors, and buying or selling accounts, items, WCoins or other in-game value for real money outside the officially provided payment methods are prohibited. The team does not replace items or credentials voluntarily handed to others.
Spam, flooding, deliberate chat disruption, repeated advertising for other servers, illegal offers or harmful links are prohibited. Advertising external communities or services may be restricted if it interferes with the server or community.
PvP and competition are part of Archlord. However, deliberately exploiting technical errors, permanently blocking event access, sabotaging official events or repeatedly disrupting other players outside intended game mechanics may be sanctioned.
Manipulated payments, abusive chargebacks, false payment evidence, voucher-code abuse or attempts to obtain WCoins without valid payment are prohibited. Incorrectly credited WCoins or items obtained with them may be corrected or removed.
Reports should include the date, time, character name and a precise description where possible. Screenshots or other evidence must not be manipulated. False accusations or deliberately fabricated evidence may themselves constitute a rule violation.
Depending on the nature, severity and repetition of a violation, the team may issue notices, warnings, chat restrictions, temporary account suspensions, permanent bans, reversals of in-game value or other appropriate measures. Attempts to evade sanctions through additional accounts may also be sanctioned.
If you believe a sanction is incorrect, you may contact the team through the support system. Public arguments, threats or repeatedly opening identical tickets will not speed up review. Decisions are reviewed using the available server data and evidence.
The server rules may be updated when new systems, security requirements or recurring abuse make changes necessary. Material changes will be announced on the website or through official community channels. The currently published version applies.
