It is horrible. A Lizardman Hero, Ingo, has settled on the seashore and attacks and steals from the people who cross the bridge. Even more frightening, he has a Ring of Control. He can control anybody put into a coma by his attacks.
That has become a common occurrence, and one of my friends was a victim.
