King's Request

Not too long ago, our King went to Silancium and was ambushed by a group of Vampires. Fortunately, nothing bad happened but he ordered us to plan a counterattack. Because Silancium is close to Zylok, he wants us to ally with their soldiers to defeat the Vampires and take one of their Rare Teeth.
The problem is that we have to persuade the people of Zylok but aren't on good terms with them. Since you are a foreigner, you can be a neutral party.
Security Chief Koop is the current ruler of Zylok. Go see <HFFFA7272>Security Chief Koop<HFFFFFFFF> <HFFFA7272>in front of the Western gate of Zylok<HFFFFFFFF> but don't go to see him empty handed. He has a reputation as a narrow-minded brute. Maybe you should take him Sweet Potatoes, one of his favorites. <HFFFA7272>Purchase<HFFFFFFFF> <HFFFA7272>70 Sweet Potatoes<HFFFFFFFF> from the <HFFFA7272>Cook<HFFFFFFFF> and take them with you.

It's best to be modest when dealing with a person like him. Oh, delicious Sweet Potatoes. What's this all about? Hah... Alright. Yes, that's what happened. I think I recall the King of Trilgard passing by. Well, I'm a busy man. I don't pay attention to the king of a neighboring city, heh. Okay, I got your message. Now give me some time to think about it.
