Start
Well, I don't have a clear plan, either. Hic. As you can see, I'm a Physician, not an Alchemist or a Wizard.
The Rare Horn? I just asked to get it because I need it. I'm not planning to do anything with it.
However, don't be disappointed. I will give you useful information. Windboar Imps who have all of Windeius' assets hide their money beneath a stone in the Plain over there. Hehe. You'd better take it. That will be more than enough to pay back their debt to them.
What's wrong with that? That's how the life goes. So, find the <HFFFA7272>Money Pouch<HFFFFFFFF> <HFFFA7272>under the rock<HFFFFFFFF> in <HFFFA7272>Boar Field<HFFFFFFFF>, and deliver it to <HFFFA7272>Gambler Windeius<HFFFFFFFF> in the <HFFFA7272>South of the City<HFFFFFFFF>. He'll be thrilled.

Voortgang
It's not the best solution, but I think it is a good alternative. Find the Money Pouch under a rock in the Boar Fields and give it to Gambler Windeius south of the city.
Voltooiing
What is this? A Money Pouch of Imps? Hmm, it can't be opened. They worked magic on it. More than a billion Gold are nothing to me if I can't get to it. Hmm, let me think about this for a moment. I might have an idea.
