Start
Hehe. My father used to tell me gambling always catches up with gamblers, and now I know what he meant.
I shouldn't have gambled with Imps. I know they can trick others with their magic, but I guess the big Gold Nuggets makes me forget what I was doing. In the end, I ran up a huge debt I cannot possibly pay back.
Fortunately, Physician Mediterus has a solution. In exchange, he wants <HFFFA7272>1 Rare Horn<HFFFFFFFF>. You can get it near here if you use <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill of Level 3 or higher<HFFFFFFFF> on a Forest Bucket in Village of Rest. If you get it, go to <HFFFA7272>Physician Mediterus<HFFFFFFFF> <HFFFA7272>near the Southern gate of the City<HFFFFFFFF>.

Progress
If I lose all my assets, who else can gamble in this City? So use <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill of Level 3 or higher<HFFFFFFFF> on a Forest Bucket or deer in other region to get <HFFFA7272>1 Rare Horn<HFFFFFFFF> first! Then, go to <HFFFA7272>Physician Mediterus<HFFFFFFFF> <HFFFA7272>near the Southern gate of the City<HFFFFFFFF>.
Completion
Hic. Why do you come to me so urgently with the Rare Horn?
Hehe. You must have heard the story from Mediterus. Well, strictly speaking, this City doesn't accept gamblers, so I don't care whether he's gone or not. However, I just don't want to see other Races defeat my people. Wait for a moment. Hic. I'd better pull myself together and continue to explain.
