Start
That reminds me of what Mayor Prosto once told me. Listen carefully when an unidentified guest appears and asks for something. Also, go to the Mayor if you cannot remember his face after he's gone.
Yeah, that's right. He told me to return to him when this happens. However, he asked me to bring 5 Garlic to him. Garlic? Sorry, but I cannot give it to you for free. I know you're in an urgent situation, but I sell them for money. Take <HFFFA7272>5 Garlic<HFFFFFFFF> that you purchased from me and go to <HFFFA7272>Mayor Prosto<HFFFFFFFF> in the <HFFFA7272>East part of the City<HFFFFFFFF>.

Kokora sent you here with five cloves of Garlic. She must have met him. Oh, it started with Merchant Goro. I'll tell you about him, but first I'll crush the garlic. Wait a second.
