You will see the Magic Relics when you beat Bullod at the Ruins. You can't beat him by yourself, but I'll let you borrow some Défense Magic. It also lets you see invisible things. So here you go. That's it. Now go to Batna Ruins and destroy Manticore King Bullod.
Progression
Hurry up or the magic will go away. Go to Battna Ruins and destroy Manticore King Bullod.
