Start
Of course, it is Lilyn who has the staff. The misconception that River Goblin Warriors are brainless made everything go wrong. But no need to worry anymore as we know the staff's location. OK. Go back to Sirokogo Observatory and hunt River Goblin Warriors. Then you can obtain the Staff of Astronomical Observation. Bring it to Mayor Dason.
Progress
The staff should belong to the one who needs it most. Go to Sirokogo Observatory and hunt River Goblin Warrior Lilyn. Obtain the Staff of Astronomical Observation and bring it to Mayor Dason.
Completion
Oh! This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much. Since I haven't studied for a long time, I'm not as capable as I was before. I should make more of an effort so I can show my best sorcery.
