Defeating Windigo

I think we underestimated the enemy, Commander Windigo. It was a good idea to push the Skeletons to the edge, but we suffered a huge blow when Windigo appeared all of a sudden. Rogen was wounded, and we barely managed to get him here on our backs. The Nortop villagers must be suffering because we retreated. Please go and defeat the Skeleton Commander Windigo at the Algema Basin. Then go to Traveler Lancinos in Nortop Village to find out what's going on.

No wonder the Skeletons disintegrated. You were behind the victory! Without you, the village would almost certainly have fallen. We can now feel relieved. Good job!
