Comfort Talisman

For the past few days, I haven't been able to sleep. At night I've become overly sensitive, constantly opening my eyes with even the slightest sound. And when I have fallen asleep if only for a brief moment, I've suffered from awful nightmares. This is killing me. I also have a cold and it's getting worse. I'm trying to find the cause since it seems many others are also suffering from the same thing. I heard from Magic Armi Mercante Charlize that if I can get the Comfort Talisman, I will be able to sleep soundly again. I think I can get it if you can help me out. Goblin Posizioneers have the Comfort Talisman, so defeat the Goblin Posizioneers at the Bala Plain and bring me the Comfort Talisman.

I think they might be suffering from the same thing as us. Insomnia due to some mysterious cause. Or why would such simple-minded Goblins need such a talisman? Go to the Bala Plains, defeat the Goblin Posizioneers and get the Comfort Talisman.
