Actually, Forsakens don't originate from Chantry. They are mutated bugs that appeared when the gate to the Inne World opened up in Srilkil.
Forsakens breed by laying eggs on dead bodies, including DragonScions, Humans, Orcs, and MoonElfs.
I don't understand how they could breed at such a speed considering the current circumstances.
