Rhihalt's Mistake

Ah, well. I give up now. I'll tell you the truth. I lost the book on my way back to the village a few days ago. I know Master Nelphist is a particular DragonScion....
Ah, those damn Monsters! I think I dropped the book while I was running away from Tracker Eins at Harnan Basin.
I didn't see, but my colleagues told me that the Eins took the book.
I know I've been an idiot... but can you retrieve the <HFFFA7272>Book of Deciphering<HFFFFFFFF> from <HFFFA7272>Tracker Eins<HFFFFFFFF> in <HFFFA7272>South of Harnan Basin<HFFFFFFFF> and take it to <HFFFA7272>Pardoner Nelphist<HFFFFFFFF> at the <HFFFA7272>Center of Sariend<HFFFFFFFF>?
You're the only one who could do such a thing. May the Great Mightthesis guide you....

You're late! Did something happen?
You know, Rhihalt lost the book by mistake and you had to recover it from Monsters. No? Such a thing never happened? Hmm... okay, then. Thank you anyway.
May the dignity of the Great Mightthesis be with you....
