Securing the Perimeter

Benvenuto, my kin. You're back. Did you know that "Cien" means "the place where Scion stays?"
By the way, Monsters near Cien are growing uneasy. We'll have to find out the reason. But first, we'll have to secure the perimeter to minimize damage.

Please take this letter to <HFFFA7272>Front Guard Inyang<HFFFFFFFF> in <HFFFA7272>South Cien<HFFFFFFFF>. He may seem blunt, but he's a reliable man. He'll know what to do.
May the Great Mightthesis guide you....

Front Guards hold a higher position than other guards, and so they have to be better than ordinary guards.
That's the reason Inyang is very proud of being a Front Guard.
I only hope he'd realize that his fierce pride could become his own poison.
<HFFFA7272>You'll see Front Guard Inyang when you go <HFFFFFFFF>to <HFFFA7272>South Cien<HFFFFFFFF>.
May the Great Mightthesis guide you....

Halt! Who are you? You're a stranger.
Huh? You have a letter from Elder Spuknik? I don't understand.
Why would the Elder ask a stranger such an important task?
