Deliver the Silverweeny

Flowers are offered as tributes once a year to appease the souls in the Soul Temple. Now is one of those offering periods, and they offer beautiful silver flowers called 'Silverweeny.' Because the flower chimes like a small bell when you shake its petals, it is also known as the 'Silver Bell Flower.'
But now there is a problem, as you can hardly see a blossom anywhere in La Triah. And nothing has really changed from before. So the Contra House has issued a special directive and there are several investigations being carried out. And I happened to obtain this blossom from the Memory Hill but was at a loss as to what to do since I can't leave my post. So I'd be grateful if you could do this for me.
