Start
Did you know Ferr played a big role in bringing prosperity to Hideback Village? It is a shabby, small village, but there is a fairly large trade network of Kobolts here with Ferr in the center.
And we think someone covets that network and is using Ferr to get it. It means that Ferr is leaking information without realizing it himself. We only learned of it recently, so the instructions are passed through me instead.
Ah, but there is no need to distance yourself from Ferr. In fact, you must stay even closer to him. After all, we are going to use him to catch whoever is behind this.
But first, there is something I would like you to do for me. Hunt the <HFFFA7272>Hawkarrow King<HFFFFFFFF> in the <HFFFA7272>Blant Hatchery<HFFFFFFFF> and bring the <HFFFA7272>Tail Feather from the King<HFFFFFFFF>.

Completion
Did you bring it? Good.
I see you are disgruntled that I'm forcing you to do things without telling you what's going on. I will give you the full explanation now. But first, please give me that feather.
