Letter of Invitation to Terranoa

Terranoa is not a big city, but accepts talented people as Captain Giddem makes it a rule to nurture those with skills. But he can't handle all the ordinary travelers rushing in on the city, so Giddem came up with a plan. He sent a limited number of Letters of Invitation to the chief of each village, and asked the chiefs to give the Letters of Invitation to people that they thought were outstanding. In fact, I have a Letter of Invitation, and I think you're great. So I'm thinking about sending you to Terranoa. How does that sound to you? You do want to go there? Then take this Letter of Invitation to Captain Giddem at the center of Terranoa.

He's also looking for outstanding talent, so he'll be happy to see you. Deliver this Letter of Invitation to Captain Giddem at the center of Terranoa.

That is indeed one of the Letters of Invitation I sent out. Where did you come from? Ocultarback Village... You came from a nearby village. Looking in your eyes, I can see that you have gone through many difficulties. But I can't say for sure until I test you sufficiently. Good job coming all the way here.
