Confident Barios

Wherever you go, whichever country you visit, there is always bound to be someone who has all the power. Handlarzs in Windrill also have someone like that, who they can never refuse. I wonder if you've ever heard of him. Handlarz Prince Scrooge, his name is. Anyone who considers himself or herself a merchant can only cower before him.
And when Scrooge visited Terranoa recently, apparently he was outraged that he wasn't served the dish he wanted. I heard that the name of the dish he wanted is the 'Extreme Muscle Building Food.' I did come across it once in an old cookbook, and I might just gain Scrooge's favor if I serve it to him.

And if you could help me with this, you might benefit from it too, you know? Yes, you think so too, eh? So please do this one thing for me. I need the ingredients for the dish. What I need are <HFFFA7272>18 Leather<HFFFFFFFF>. You can get them from the <HFFFA7272>Queasa Judges<HFFFFFFFF> in the <HFFFA7272>Northwest of the Village of the Shadows<HFFFFFFFF> using your <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill<HFFFFFFFF>. I will be counting on you!

Ah hurry, hurry! I can't let others get ahead of me! Go <HFFFA7272>Northwest of the Village of the Shadows<HFFFFFFFF> and get <HFFFA7272>18 Leather<HFFFFFFFF> from the <HFFFA7272>Queasa Judges<HFFFFFFFF> using your <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill<HFFFFFFFF>. I will be counting on you!

Good job. I'll start making the food now, so don't bother me. Just sit quietly.
