MoonElf's Weapon

The kataria used for sealing is no ordinary item, as you might have guessed. You can't replace the seal with the ones sold in the shops.

Since I can't find Gracia, I will ask the MoonElves. As it is an important matter, I will ask <HFFFA7272>Elder Aratama in Southeastern Deribelle<HFFFFFFFF> in the MoonElf territory, <HFFFA7272>Vigorore<HFFFFFFFF>. I will send him a bird, so please obtain something to offer him as a present. Something that is hard to find in Vigorore will be good, and I think <HFFFA7272>2 Rare Leather<HFFFFFFFF> should be enough. Obtain them by using <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill of Nivel 5 or higher<HFFFFFFFF> on the <HFFFA7272>Young Minotaurs in Yaran<HFFFFFFFF>, and tell Elder Aratama of our situation after you present him with the gift. I am counting on you!

Present <HFFFA7272>2 Rare Leather<HFFFFFFFF> to <HFFFA7272>Elder Aratama in Southeastern Deribelle<HFFFFFFFF> in <HFFFA7272>Vigorore<HFFFFFFFF> and ask for his help! You can get them from the <HFFFA7272>Young Minotaurs in Yaran<HFFFFFFFF> by using <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill of Nivel 5 or higher<HFFFFFFFF>.

I already received the letter from the headman of Ocultarback Village. Gracia wasn't exactly welcomed among the MoonElves. She took a strange route coming south, and she hid the Archon and didn't share it with other elves. In addition to that, she ruined our underground city for her own purposes. But I heard she destroyed Yaran in Windrill. So I know about the Kataria he used. That's a very valuable object even in the world of us MoonElves, so It will be difficult to give it to Kobolts. I have to talk to other elders. Wait for me.
