Survival Method in the Desert

Ugh. There is a slight problem. It is very slight, but I am a bit concerned as it may affect my honor. Could Mister Traveler solve it for me?
You want to know what it's about first? Okay. Someone purchased a large number of Finest Feathers from me. So I made all the preparations, but when the wagon was about to leave I discovered that rats have gotten into them and some of the feathers became unusable.
If the wagon doesn't leave now I won't be able to meet the Dead Line, so I've been asking around but to no avail.

Oh, you'll get them for me? I need a lot, though. I need <HFFFA7272>2 Finest Feathers<HFFFFFFFF>. It will be great if you could get them for me. Just a word of advice, you can get them from the <HFFFA7272>Adult Hawkarrows in the Jewel Land<HFFFFFFFF> using <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill of Niveau 9 or higher<HFFFFFFFF>. Thank you!

Please go and get <HFFFA7272>2 Finest Feathers<HFFFFFFFF> from the <HFFFA7272>Adult Hawkarrows in the Jewel Land<HFFFFFFFF> using <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill of Niveau 9 or higher<HFFFFFFFF>. I am counting on you.

Oh... Thank you. Now I can fill my order. I was right to trust you. Thank you.
