Quest Dialogue
Start
We should consolidate power. Let's talk to Warrior Weapons Merchant Skita first. He was my blood brother once, but a problem caused us to grow apart.
We don't hate each other, so if I'm humble enough, he may follow Koop's plan. Take <HFFFA7272>10 Feathers<HFFFFFFFF> to him. He likes Feather decorations. I am sure you can use <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill<HFFFFFFFF> on <HFFFA7272>Sword Turkavens in the Fallen Hills<HFFFFFFFF>. Give the Feathers to <HFFFA7272>Warrior Weapons Merchant Skita in the North part of Town<HFFFFFFFF>. Don't forget!

Progress
First, Get <HFFFA7272>10 Feathers<HFFFFFFFF> by using <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill<HFFFFFFFF> on <HFFFA7272>Sword Turkavens in the Fallen Hills<HFFFFFFFF>. Then, give my message to <HFFFA7272>Warrior Weapons Merchant Skita in the North part of Town<HFFFFFFFF>. And say nice things.
Completion
Oh, what great feathers. They're for me? Do you want something in return? Bandits Village? Well, Scar is right. We don't need to worry too much about Bandits Village. It's pretty far from here. But I am a little worried. I'll talk to my brother, Pilborgs.
