Start
I will gather all the Mercenaries I can. But, like I said before, they need motivation, as I'm sure you know. So, go first and get them what they need. They need <HFFFA7272>2 Finest Feathers<HFFFFFFFF>.
You can get them through an Item Trader or other Travelers. Because Mercenaries like fresh ones, the best way to get them is from <HFFFA7272>Thunder Griffins to the North of Wasteland<HFFFFFFFF> by using <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill of Level 9 or higher<HFFFFFFFF>.

Progress
Let me be frank with you. Bring me <HFFFA7272>2 Finest Feathers<HFFFFFFFF> from <HFFFA7272>Thunder Griffins to the North of Wasteland<HFFFFFFFF> by using <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill of Level 9 or higher<HFFFFFFFF>. That's it.
Completion
These Feathers are nice. These will be good for motivating Mercenaries. Let's make a plan, shall we?
