Deception

Something terrible has happened. We have been fooled. We were deceived by Mortar.
The situation is urgent, so I'll keep it short. Mortar was aware that we were interested in his rings and deliberately led our strike force into a trap. There was never any map in the first place. As a result, comrades who reached the target area are in peril after getting ambushed by the Borun guarding the place. If they are held there any longer, the bandits may join in and none of them might be able to return.
I need your help. Go to <HFFFA7272>Hawk's Plateau<HFFFFFFFF> and slay the <HFFFA7272>Borun<HFFFFFFFF> so my comrades can escape without harm.
Also, after you have defeated the Borun don't forget to take the <HFFFA7272>Contract Ring of Mortar<HFFFFFFFF> from its body.

You must hurry. Go to the <HFFFA7272>Hawk's Plateau<HFFFFFFFF> to slay the <HFFFA7272>Borun<HFFFFFFFF>, and return with its <HFFFA7272>Contract Ring of Mortar<HFFFFFFFF>.

Oh, I am so relieved. All my comrades agree that just a moment longer and it would have been the end for everyone. Thanks to that our losses were not critical. But it galls me to think that we were played for a fool by the bandits.
I better reorganize the troop and reconsider the situation carefully. Oh, and give that ring to me, please. These must all be destroyed.
I shall call for you again when everything is ready, so in the meanwhile get some rest.
