Eye of the Sea

It seems we can't achieve complete recovery unless we obtain the ingredients from the Duriven Slugs. But as you can see, I can't leave here when I have all these patients who need me desperately. May I ask for your help with this?
I am grateful for your faithful service whenever I ask you for help. If only I was more powerful and strong, I would have obtained those ingredients myself, but I always end up asking you and the medicine sellers to go through the trouble for me. Sigh.
Please defeat the <HFFFA7272>Arkaros Slave Commanders<HFFFFFFFF> on the <HFFFA7272>Wind Plain<HFFFFFFFF> and use your <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill<HFFFFFFFF> to obtain <HFFFA7272>10 Thin Tails<HFFFFFFFF> for me.
It would be good if you could also get rid of as many Duriven Slugs as possible in the Wanderer Plain. I thank you for agreeing to do this.
May the justice of the Elementals be realized.

You've returned sooner than I expected. Good job. Thanks to you, all the merchants will survive. Ah! Wait! Can you help me just a little bit more?
