Difficult task

Ah, Sir Bibulan from Tor Fortress sent you. I was going to contact him regarding that, but Sir Bibulan beat me to the punch. Actually, I was going to go to the Persuer Plateau to do research, but it's too dangerous because of the monsters. I was trying to think of how I could get there since I couldn't contact him. It's so hard to find someone around here who has exceptional skills enough to hunt monsters at that place. I was trying to come up with the best solution. Anyway, if my eyes are not wrong, you seem to be an adventurer with lots of experience. What do you think? Would you help me? After hunting 40 Redflag Raiders at the Hawk Plateau, go to Tor Fortress Magic Trainer Bibulan. While you are hunting, I will finish the necessary research and send Sir Bibulan a letter. I entrust you with this. May the wisdom of antiquity and soul of the spirit be with you.

Welcome. Yes. Is Sir Kiriscent okay? According to the letter, it seems that nothing's wrong there and he's doing well. Ah, there is one other thing I need to request from you.
