It's about the Duriven Hledaters of the Death Plain that you smashed previously, and it seems that after getting driven back to The Span they started gathering their strength again. Well, I suppose one might scoff at what a rabble could possibly come up with, but individually they are too powerful to overlook them altogether. In other words, we can't just ignore them, right? So, I would like you to deal with them. Before they strike first, that is.
It shouldn't be too difficult as you've already defeated them once before, but it wouldn't hurt to be thoroughly prepared.

Go to <HFFFA7272>The Span<HFFFFFFFF> to smash the <HFFFA7272>Duriven Hledaters<HFFFFFFFF> and use your <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill<HFFFFFFFF> to obtain <HFFFA7272>15 Blade Fragments<HFFFFFFFF>.
