Aratama's message

I'm finished. This letter contains every shred of information I could wring from my mind, from the worst scenario imaginable to the best plan we could ever hope to dream. Should it be seized by monsters or some other vicious group, all we have planned may come to naught. I say it again: please do not fail to discharge this very important duty. I entrust you with it, knowing as I do your superior abilities and your reputation. Please deliver the Sealed Letter to Tor Fortress Elder Sharin Hyren. She will know what to do with it. May the spirit's guidance shed light on your path.

Vítej, Adventurer! Did you encounter Elder Aratama? For me? Hm... this crest appears to be a MoonElf insignia. Such a valuable mark indicates the importance of what lies within. I shall read it. Can you spare a moment, to wait as I read?
