According to our investigation, those who took the cargo box to the Village of Seethe were the Steel Turkavens from the Vampire Village. Those darned crows must have raided us because they mistook the smell from the cargo box as that of their prey.
We'll pay them back, of course, but before that we must prepare for more attacks that may follow. This means we need some help. And your contribution too, of course. This is what I request.
Go to the <HFFFA7272>Vampire Village<HFFFFFFFF> to hunt the <HFFFA7272>Steel Turkavens<HFFFFFFFF> and take <HFFFA7272>1 Finest Feather<HFFFFFFFF> you obtained using <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill of Level 9 or higher<HFFFFFFFF> to <HFFFA7272>Magic Trainer Bibulan in the Tor Fortress East<HFFFFFFFF>. I will send a word to him in advance, so he will tell you how we can deal with those crows when you bring the feather to him.
May the Elementals have vengeance on those who betrayed you.

Hm? You're the one Sara talked about? With you, it's true that we don't have to worry about a single thing. More importantly, give me what you brought.
