Hey. You there. You are a MoonElf, aren't you. It's quite a surprise to find a MoonElf in such a faraway place like this. Hmm. But I think it could be a good thing after all.
I am pretty sure it was the same in your own MoonElf village as well, that there are just not enough people to do work these days. I would even use the help from a rat if I could. Well, not that I would really get help from a rat, but anyway. So, I would appreciate it if you could give me some help. I'm not asking you to do it for nothing, so don't worry about that. I can promise you a reward similar to what you were getting back in your village.
Great. You should be familiar with the Rain Torges that appear on the Dusty Creek. They are very active and cause all sorts of problems. But what I need is not a report of whether Rain Torges have appeared or not , but a Rare Stem. I can't tell you what I'm going to use it for, but I really need it right now.
So I want you to dispose of the <HFFFA7272>Rain Torges<HFFFFFFFF> appearing on the <HFFFA7272>Dusty Creek<HFFFFFFFF> and use <HFFFA7272>Collecting Skill of Level 3 or higher<HFFFFFFFF> to obtain <HFFFA7272>1 Rare Stem<HFFFFFFFF>. It doesn't sound so difficult, right? I'll be counting on you, then.

You are here sooner than I thought! Good. One Rare Stem, this is. This should do somehow…… Ahh. Hold on, I'm not done with you yet.
