Lidina's feather

Hm? I've never seen you before. Are you a MoonElf? Why is it you're wandering around Zylok? If you don't tell me the truth, I take you to the police right away. Huh? You wanted to travel here? It's true that Zylok is very famous, and it's not uncommon for a MoonElf like yourself to journey here on occasion, but nothing good has ever come of it. Hm. Prove that you are someone who can be of help to Zylok, and even if you get into trouble in our town, I will close my eyes to it. The problem I'm talking about is nothing big. South of Dusty Creek, there is a wicked Harpy named Lidina, and he often steals the town's treasures. We have been unable to catch him for he is able to quickly hide where we cannot find him. Eliminate Lidina from atop a plateau overlooking Dusty Creek and bring back as proof Lidina's Feather. Let's see your skills.

Hm. Good. I am impressed. But you are still far from being accepted by me.
