Rough wind stone

Hmm, here you are. The informants just finished analyzing the information…but…there is a slight problem. Because their information is so comprehensive, we cannot figure out what they ultimately want. We cannot put forth any conclusion in this way. Thankfully, we were able to verify one thing: the Centaur Wind Runners are devising something using a Rough stone of the wind. If this is true, we can obtain a Rough stone of the wind directly and go forward. According to the information, we will be able to find out what they ultimately want. But because we don't have Rough stone of the wind prepared in advance, we need to get plenty of them from somewhere. Because of this, I wish to make a request from you. Hunt Centaur Wind Runners from the Wind Plain and bring back 1 Rough stone of the wind. May there be honor in your path according to the fair judgment of the spirit.

Hmm, we should start the experiment right away. I hope that you will wait for a moment.
