Signal Flare

This isn't a very happy story. It seems that the Hobgoblins will attack Tor Fortress all at once when the signal flare is discharged, taking advantage of the dark of the night. If we leave things as they are, great damage will occur. Of course, knowing that the attack is coming, our guards will be able to stop them sufficiently, but it's not easy to make a decision on what to do. Události in the world are often unpredictable. Considering this, I was thinking what would happen if we keep the signal flare from discharging? If the signal flare doesn't discharge, they will be nervous and couldn't they then be hushed up? We shall do all that we can possibly do, and Sharin has said such words often as well. Now that the Spriggans are quiet, the Hobgoblins are in an uproar. The situation is very chaotic, but because there exist trustworthy men like you, even an old man like me can let go of some of his concern. I'm digressing here. You should immediately subjugate Urulka , who is hiding among the hobgoblins around Tor Fortress, and take the Signal Flare that he has to Elder Sharin Hyren in Tor Fortress. She will know what to do with the item.
