Urgent hands

You are still here? Ah, I'm sorry but there is something I wish to ask of you. A very ill patient came here with the help of the guards. Looking at his condition, it seems that he will require surgery, but... I don't have the padded sleeves that I use during normal abscess surgery, which block bacteria and prevent my own blood from contaminating the patient if I hurt my hand, because there have been so many patients in need of surgery lately that I have not been able to prepare. Although, thankfully, this patient isn't in that much of a hurry, we cannot wait too long. Unfortunately, I cannot leave the patient's side and it's impossible for me to ask the guards. Can you get me 4 Padded Sleeves? You can get them by hunting monsters or you can purchase them from Magic Zbraně Obchodník Salirenen located in Norine. I hope that you can obtain them for me quickly. I have faith in you. May the spirit of righteousness be realized.

Did you bring them? Ah, this is a relief. It's not too late, but I must go into the surgery right away. I'm sorry to ask, but can you wait for me here?
